Goal: Get one SmartR branch and backend where we (Uni Lux, Sanofi, The Hyve, Pfizer) can all continue on, which works on the 1.2.5 alpha (also for Sanofi), and Pfizer 1.2.2 code base.

Desired results

  1. One SmartR branch where all commit to continue on.
  2. Port as many of the current SmartR analyses (other than the heatmap)
    1. to the Sanofi backend
    2. and paradigm.
  3. Include improvements from corresponding Advanced Analyses, to replace those in the AA.
  4. Make improvements to the current SmartR analyses on the Sanofi backend.

The results 1 and 2 should be reached in order. Results 3 and 4 can be changed in priority, but will probably not be reached during the hackathon.
